- Client names, work email addresses, organizations, and portal invitations.
- Requests and documents
- Project briefs, comments, uploaded files, and deliverables provided by agency teams and clients.
- Approval records
- Reviewer identity, decisions, timestamps, and document-version references.
- Usage and security logs
- IP addresses, device/browser information, access events, and service diagnostics.
Why we process it
- Manage accounts and client access
- Authenticate agency staff and invited clients, enforce roles, and maintain tenant access boundaries.
- Manage client requests and documents
- Collect briefs and files, coordinate project work, and share deliverables between an agency and its clients.
- Record approvals
- Capture review decisions and preserve a traceable history of approved deliverables.
- Send service notifications
- Deliver invitations, request updates, and approval notifications to staff and clients.

We act as a processor for agency-controlled project content and client records, and as a controller for our own account administration, billing, security, support, and opted-in marketing. The marketing website is a separate service; these previews do not process real customer data.
